Pastry Chef

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and bake a wide variety of pastries, bread, muffins and wedding cakes, ensuring high-quality standards.
  2. Utilize knowledge of premixes, sauces, and international recipes to create diverse and innovative pastry products.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the baking industry with expertise in pastry preparation and baking techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of premixes, sauces, international recipes, and baking processes.
  • Basic IT skills to manage orders, inventory, and recipe documentation.
