Job Summary:
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing the recruitment, development, and welfare of employees. They ensure HR strategies align with the business objectives, promote a positive work culture, and ensure compliance with all labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead recruitment efforts, ensuring a diverse and qualified workforce. Manage onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
• Employee Relations: Handle employee grievances, maintain a positive work environment, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Payroll & Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of payroll, including PAYE, NSSF contributions, transport and lunch allowances, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (8am – 6pm)

Job Summary:
The Sales Supervisor is responsible for managing and motivating the sales team, ensuring sales targets are met, and driving overall performance. They are expected to be aggressive in achieving sales goals and to maintain high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Team Management: Supervise and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets. Provide coaching, training, and support to ensure high performance.
• Sales Target Creation & Monitoring: Draft clear and achievable sales targets and track progress, making necessary adjustments to achieve set goals.
• Customer Relationship Management: Ensure excellent customer service standards, resolve issues promptly, and foster strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales and team management.
• Strong ability to set, track, and achieve sales targets.
• Aggressive approach to sales with strong leadership skills.
