Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and distribute newsletters, press releases, and other school communication materials.
• Manage and update the schools’ websites and social media platforms with relevant content.
• Capture and document key school activities, achievements, and events through photography and videography.
• Draft speeches, letters, and official statements for school leadership.
• Support the development of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and banners.
• Coordinate and manage communication with parents, guardians, and the school community through various channels.
• Monitor media coverage related to the schools and provide timely updates to management.
• Assist in planning and executing school events, ensuring proper publicity and documentation.
• Respond to inquiries from the public, parents, and stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain a database of media contacts, partners, and stakeholders for effective collaboration.
• Work closely with teachers and school administrators to collect and share success stories and best practices.
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all school communication materials.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop schemes of work and prepare lesson plans for assigned subjects and classes.
• Undertake ongoing analysis of learning needs and take responsibility for guiding and ensuring progress of the assigned class of pupils.
• Develop and foster appropriate skills and social abilities to enable the optimum development of children, according to age, ability and aptitude.
• Organize the classroom and learning resources to create a healthy learning environment.
• Plan, prepare and present lessons that cater for individual needs of pupils within the assigned class.
• Cultivate healthy relationships with pupils in order to motivate them with enthusiastic and imaginative presentation of lessons.
• Coordinate activities and resources within a specific lesson to facilitate wholesome learning.
• Assess and record development of each pupil in the assigned class to the required standard.
• Work with parents to achieve maximum involvement in the development of children.
• Write reports for each pupil in the assigned class.
• Provide feedback to parents on a pupil’s progress at parents’ days and other meetings.
• Work with other teachers to plan and coordinate class work.
• Maintain discipline in the approved disciplinary process.
• Take part in school events and activities which may take place at weekends or in the evening.

Requirements:

3. Position: Security Guards (4)
Location: Mukono & Kampala
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and control entry and exit points, ensuring only authorized individuals access the school premises.
• Conduct regular patrols around the school to identify and address security risks.
• Inspect school buildings, classrooms, and playgrounds to ensure safety measures are in place.
• Report any suspicious activities, security threats, or unauthorized persons to school management.
• Ensure that visitors sign in and follow the school’s security procedures.
• Assist in managing traffic flow and parking arrangements during drop-off and pick-up times.
• Respond promptly to emergencies such as fights, accidents, or fire alarms and follow established procedures.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and report any unusual activities.
• Prevent theft, vandalism, or damage to school property by maintaining a visible presence.
• Escort students, staff, and visitors when necessary to ensure their safety.
• Conduct bag and vehicle checks when required as part of the school’s security protocols.
• Work closely with teachers and school administrators to enforce school rules related to safety and conduct.
• Maintain a logbook of security incidents, visitor records, and daily activities.
• Ensure that all emergency exits, gates, and security equipment are functional and accessible.
• Assist in fire drills and other emergency preparedness exercises.
• Respond to distress calls from students, staff, or parents and provide appropriate assistance.
• Prevent and handle cases of bullying, trespassing, or any threats to students’ well-being.
• Report any maintenance issues related to security infrastructure, such as broken locks, fences, or gates.
• Follow all school security policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for learning.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a security guard or in a similar role.
• Training in security operations, first aid, or fire safety is an advantage.
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to effectively communicate using the English language.
• Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently.
