Job Purpose:
A Control Room Controller or Controller Technician monitors the control systems of automated equipment. To do their job, they often use software to verify that the controls are within certain parameters. This job requires physical labor, i.e. lifting equipment parts, and writing documentation, such as reports, sketches, or data analyses.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as gatekeeper and go-to resource for professional needs from clients.
• Develop and manage internal communications to support organizational needs.
• Hold highly sensitive information confidential from clients.
• Develop positive relationships with Ready Responders staff and external partners, acting as an ambassador for the company.
Requirements:
• Diploma or its Equivalent minimum is required.
• Good spoken and written English
• Good communication skills
• Ability to use computer
• Ability to write and send reports
• Knowledge in technical skills.
• Able to trouble shoot and problem solving (Technical Issues)
• Ability to work as a team
• Able to adapt to changing situations and priorities
• Accurate and pays attention to details and reliable control operations
• Willing to work in shifts working during Night shift, weekends, holidays
