We are hiring a Call Centre Sales Executive for a FMCG company

Job Title: Call Centre Sales Executive
Industry: Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)
Location: Kampala

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential and existing customers via phone to introduce, promote, and sell company products in line with daily and monthly sales targets.
• Respond to incoming calls, answer customer inquiries clearly and accurately, and guide customers through the ordering process.
• Maintain an up-to-date client database, track interactions, and conduct timely follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and promote repeat business.
• Record all sales interactions and feedback accurately in the call centre system for reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with the sales, logistics and marketing teams to ensure smooth fulfillment of orders and delivery of promotional campaigns.
• Monitor customer preferences and provide feedback to the team for product or service improvement.

Requirements:
• At least a Diploma in a business-related course.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales, customer service, or call centre environment.
• Fluency in English and Luganda is essential, with excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with using social media platforms for customer engagement.
