Job Title: Company Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of BOQS.
  • Coordinating with service providers (suppliers & sub-contractors) to come up with a quotation where necessary.
  • Preparation of site visit reports and site completion reports.
  • Coordination of works on the existing projects.
  • Tracking of all projects, pending, ongoing and those paused.
  • Coordination of supervisors with the management team.
  • Updating clients on the works that are ongoing.
  • Bridge the gap of between management, supervisors and service providers.
  • Oversee supervisors.
  • Project planning & management (material & labour mobilization).
  • Carry out research.
  • Organize all company documents and update where needed.
  • Carryout site visits and convert the site inspection investigations and findings into BOQs

 Requirements

  • Civil engineering back ground and practicing
  • AutoCAD and any other cad literacy
  • Microsoft excel & word literate
  • English proficiency
  • Timekeeping
  • Multi-tasking
  • Adaptability to various environments
  • Willing to learn
  • Patience
