Requirements:

- At least 1 year of proven experience in fashion retail, sales, or a customer-facing role.

Job Tiitle: Seamstress/Tailor – Bridal Shop
Job Duties:
- Take accurate client measurements and perform fittings.
- Alter and adjust dresses according to client needs while maintaining garment integrity.
- Handle delicate fabrics and detailed embellishments with precision.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of tailored garments.
- Maintain sewing machines, tools, and workspace in excellent condition.
- Manage workload to meet strict deadlines during peak bridal seasons.
Requirements:
- Proven tailoring experience, preferably in bridal or formal wear.
- Technical ability to work with lace, silk, satin, tulle, and other delicate fabrics.
- Strong attention to detail and finishing skills.
- Good time management and ability to work under pressure.
- Creativity and problem-solving skills in alterations.
Job Title: Shop Manager – Bridal Shop
Job Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the bridal shop.
- Manage and train sales staff and tailors to ensure excellent customer service.
- Handle inventory management, supplier relationships, and stock ordering.
- Ensure all client orders are processed, tailored, and delivered on schedule.
- Resolve customer complaints and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail business management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Experience in the fashion or bridal industry is an added advantage.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
