Duties:
- Academic leadership & Curriculum development for P.1, P.2 & P.3 classes by providing necessary teacher support & instructional planning.
- Student welfare & performance monitoring to enhance excellence in both academic & co-curricular activities.
- Administrative & Organizational Management to ensure positive staff & parent engagement.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Grade V teachers certificate.
- A good experience in non-conventional teaching methods like research-based & project-based approaches to enhance student-centered learning.
- Leadership experience & innovative qualities to enhance progress in a primary school.
- Experience in managing co-curricula activities will be an added advantage.
