Head of Lower Primary Section.

Duties:

1. Academic leadership & Curriculum development for P.1, P.2 & P.3 classes by providing necessary teacher support & instructional planning.
2. Student welfare & performance monitoring to enhance excellence in both academic & co-curricular activities.
3. Administrative & Organizational Management to ensure positive staff & parent engagement.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of a Grade V teachers certificate.
2. A good experience in non-conventional teaching methods like research-based & project-based approaches to enhance student-centered learning.
3. Leadership experience & innovative qualities to enhance progress in a primary school.
4. Experience in managing co-curricula activities will be an added advantage.
