SINOTRUCK MANAGER

Roles:

Maintenance and Servicing Oversight:

  • Supervise and ensure regular maintenance and servicing of the SINOTRUCK to uphold its optimal functionality.
  • Coordinate repairs, inspections, and necessary maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety compliance.

Business Development and Contract Sourcing:

  • Identify, negotiate, and secure contracts for transporting construction materials, sand, and stones to ensure continuous truck utilization.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, construction companies, and suppliers to expand the truck’s business network.

Tracking and Monitoring:

  • Utilize the installed tracking device to monitor the vehicle’s movements and ensure adherence to scheduled routes and delivery timelines.
  • Implement efficient tracking systems to monitor fuel consumption, vehicle performance, and driver behavior.

Financial Management and Reporting:

  • Ensure accurate and timely banking of revenues generated from truck operations into the client’s designated bank account.
  • Maintain detailed records of income, expenses, and transactions related to the SINOTRUCK, and prepare regular financial reports.

Qualifications:

Experience in Fleet Management:

  • Proven track record in managing a fleet of vehicles, preferably in the transport or logistics sector, demonstrating competence in vehicle maintenance and operational oversight.

Business Development and Contract Negotiation Skills:

  • Strong business acumen with experience in sourcing and negotiating contracts within the transportation or construction industry.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to secure business opportunities.

Technical Knowledge and Tracking Expertise:

  • Proficiency in utilizing vehicle tracking systems and monitoring tools to ensure efficient vehicle operations and compliance with routes and schedules.
  • Technical understanding of vehicle maintenance and servicing requirements, ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Financial and Administrative Competence:
  • Competency in financial management, including revenue tracking, banking procedures, and preparation of detailed financial reports.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage financial records and documentation accurately.
