Job duties:
- Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers and warehouse staff to ensure efficient and timely pickup and delivery of packages.
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations and monitor performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement operational enhancements.
- Recruit, train and supervise operations staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics.
- Previous experience in logistics management or a similar role.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and safety standards for transportation and delivery operations.
