Job Duties:
- Create, prepare and bake various types of patries, desserts and bread.
- Maintain ingredient stock and manage inventory.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of pastry kitchen in line with food safety guidelines.
Requirements:
● Diploma in a relevant field.
● Previous experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role in a fast-paced kitchen.
● Knowledge of food safety standards.
