Key Responsibilities:

Develop and curate engaging, high-quality content, including images, videos, and copy, that aligns with each brand’s voice, objectives, and target audience.
Create and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, grow followers, and increase engagement rates.
Conduct regular social media performance analyses, using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to track campaign success and optimize strategies.
Engage directly with followers, responding to comments, questions, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Stay updated on current social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure the brands remain competitive in the digital space.
Prepare and present detailed social media management reports and insights to clients, identifying areas for improvement and proposing new strategies to drive results.
Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure social media content aligns with broader advertising campaigns and brand goals.
Monitor competitors’ social media activities and industry trends to keep brands ahead in their respective markets.
Coordinate paid social media campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance tracking, to ensure maximum ROI.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing social media accounts for businesses.
- Experience working in an advertising agency is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and tools.
- Proven ability to create and implement social media strategies that drive brand growth.
- Excellent communication, content creation, and organizational skills.
