Job Summary | The Field Sales Officer will be responsible for promoting and selling our herbal products to organizations that buy in bulk and retail outlets. |
Key Responsibilities | Identify and develop new business opportunities with organizations that buy in bulk and retail outlets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activity. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct product demonstrations and training for clients. Provide feedback on product performance and customer needs. Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share. Travel extensively within assigned territory to meet clients and promote products. |
Qualifications & Experience | |
Required qualifications | Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. |
Desired experience | At least 2 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry. Proven track record of meeting sales targets. |
