Job Duties:
- Develop and implement comprehensive activation strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement, overseeing campaign execution from inception to completion.
- Lead, mentor and manage the activations team, coordinating with internal departments and external partners to ensure cohesive and efficient campaign delivery.
- Analyse market trends and campaign performance metrics, providing detailed reports and recommendations to refine activation strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading successful marketing campaigns and activations.
- Willing to work irregular hours to meet campaign activation objectives.
