Job Summary:
The Operations Supervisor will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth daily operations within a catering company that serves several companies with daily food supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Operations Management:
• Supervise the preparation, packaging, and timely delivery of meals to several client companies.
• Develop and implement efficient operational workflows to ensure consistent quality and customer satisfaction.
Storekeeping and Inventory Management:
• Oversee inventory levels, ensuring that stock is replenished and managed effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock, minimizing wastage and preventing shortages.
• Ensure the storekeeping process complies with safety and hygiene standards.
Team Coordination:
• Manage and supervise the operations team, ensuring staff adhere to schedules and deliver on responsibilities.
• Provide guidance and support to staff to foster a productive work environment.
Client Relationship Management:
• Communicate with client companies to understand their needs and ensure they are met promptly.
• Address any operational issues or complaints professionally and resolve them in a timely manner.

Requirements:
• At least a Certificate in Catering or a related field.
• Notable experience in catering or a related business.
• Computer skills.
• Fluent in both English and Luganda.
• Knowledge of social media marketing is an added advantage.
