Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a wide variety of pastries, bread, muffins and wedding cakes, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Utilize knowledge of premixes, sauces, and international recipes to create diverse and innovative pastry products.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the baking industry with expertise in pastry preparation and baking techniques.
- Strong knowledge of premixes, sauces, international recipes, and baking processes.
- Basic IT skills to manage orders, inventory, and recipe documentation.
