Job Duties:
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, prepare documents and communications.
- Act as a liaison between executive and clients, coordinating with internal and external parties.
- Oversee property listings and client records, assist with real estate documents and coordinate property activities.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
● At least 1 year of experience in an administration position or as a personal assistant.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
● A valid driving permit will be an added advantage.
