Principal of a Vocational Training Institute

Job duties:

1. Act as the Institute’s representative and ambassador to promote positive internal and external relationships.
2. Plan and supervise implementation of institutional education and training programmes.
3. Initiate development programmes for the institute and mobilize resources for their implementation.

Required qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in education with a postgraduate qualification in technical/vocational teacher education.
• At least 3 years of experience in a management role in an educational or vocational/technical training institution.
