Job Duties:
- Proactively identify and attract new loan clients through community engagement and networking.
- Conduct thorough evaluations of individual and group loan applications, including verifying financial information and assessing repayment capacity.
- Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring proper documentation is completed and submitted.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date loan files, records, and client information in line with company policies.
- Monitor loan repayments, follow up on arrears, and support clients with repayment plans where necessary.
- Provide financial literacy and advisory support to clients to promote responsible borrowing.
- Prepare regular reports on loan performance and portfolio quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Microfinance, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Relevant experience in lending, credit analysis or related roles from reputable financial institutions.
- Familiarity with loan products and lending regulations.
