Job Title: Company Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of BOQS.
- Coordinating with service providers (suppliers & sub-contractors) to come up with a quotation where necessary.
- Preparation of site visit reports and site completion reports.
- Coordination of works on the existing projects.
- Tracking of all projects, pending, ongoing and those paused.
- Coordination of supervisors with the management team.
- Updating clients on the works that are ongoing.
- Bridge the gap of between management, supervisors and service providers.
- Oversee supervisors.
- Project planning & management (material & labour mobilization).
- Carry out research.
- Organize all company documents and update where needed.
- Carryout site visits and convert the site inspection investigations and findings into BOQs
Requirements
- Civil engineering back ground and practicing
- AutoCAD and any other cad literacy
- Microsoft excel & word literate
- English proficiency
- Timekeeping
- Multi-tasking
- Adaptability to various environments
- Willing to learn
- Patience
