Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and general inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
• Handle room reservations and promptly respond to phone calls, emails, and walk-in requests regarding bookings and hotel services.
• Manage the hotel’s social media platforms by posting engaging content, responding to messages, and promoting offers to attract and retain guests.
• Maintain accurate guest records, process payments, and compile daily front office reports.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest needs and special requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.
Requirements:
• At least a Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
