Job Title: Virtual Personal Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Admin & Calendar Support: Schedule sessions, manage bookings and send reminders
- Client Management: Onboard new clients, respond to inquiries and manage CRM
- Social Media & Content: Draft and post content, create graphics in Canva, schedule posts, edit Reels
- Email Marketing: Set up email campaigns, newsletters, and automation
- Course & Product Support: Upload content to course platforms, manage digital products
- Webinar/Event Support: Promote events, manage RSVPs, and assist during live sessions
- Research & Strategy: Provide industry insights, generate content ideas, research quotes
- File & Document Organization: Organize workbooks, contracts, feedback forms
- Tech Support: Integrate scheduling, payment, and communication tools
- Reports & Analytics: Track content performance, email open rates, and engagement
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative/digital role
- Proficient in tools like Google Workspace, Canva, Zoom, Mailchimp/Flodesk, social media platforms, and scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly)
- Excellent written communication and organizational skills
- Self-driven, responsive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and content trends
- Comfortable working with coaches, creators, or service-based entrepreneurs (preferred)
