  1. Position: Operations Manager

Job Purpose: The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the park.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all operational aspects of the park, including admissions, attractions, events, and customer service, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff, creating work schedules and conducting performance evaluations to maintain high standards of service delivery.
• Monitor the condition of park facilities and equipment, coordinate maintenance and repairs, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Assist in developing operational budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Address visitor inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and revenue generation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

2. Position: Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Purpose:
The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract visitors, increase revenue, and enhance the park’s brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract diverse customer segments, including corporate groups, families, schools etc.
• Establish and nurture partnerships with travel agencies, event planners, schools, and local businesses to boost park attendance and revenue streams.
• Oversee social media, advertising, and promotional campaigns, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging across all platforms.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitors’ activities to refine marketing strategies.
• Develop pricing strategies, promotions, and packages to maximize park revenue while ensuring value for visitors.
• Analyze the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives and prepare reports for management on performance and ROI.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in hospitality or entertainment.
• Proven expertise in digital marketing, social media management, and campaign execution.
• Strong networking, negotiation, and presentation skills.
