Job Title: Sales and Marketing Associate

Key Responsibilities
- Researching and identifying potential clients and business opportunities to generate leads and expand the customer base.
- Identify potential clients such as pharmacies, supermarkets and wholesalers for company products.
- To drive revenue growth by identifying sales opportunities, promoting company products, and cultivating long-term client relationships through strategic sales and marketing outreaches.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Promote and sell products/ services to existing and prospective customers.
- Process sales orders, handle customer inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up, onboarding support, and after-sales service.
- Gather feedback to improve service offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an updated client database using available tools.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions.
- Identify gaps in the market and recommend new products, services, or improvements.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to enhance sales techniques and strategies.
- Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of products or services offered by the company and effectively communicating their features and benefits to clients.
- Represent the company at expos, conferences, health camps, and community outreach programs.
- Plan and execute product launches, promotional events, and activations.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and recommendations for management review.
- Keep accurate records of interactions, contracts, and progress.
- Ensuring adherence to company policies, sales processes, and regulatory requirements while conducting sales activities.
Requirements
- Diploma in a business related course.
- 1-2 experience in field sales and marketing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to close deals and manage sales pipelines
- Creativity in crafting marketing content and strategies
- Experience in field sales
- Self-driven and highly motivated
- Results-oriented with a customer-centric mindset
- Adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with the industry
