Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers by offering clear and hands-on demonstrations of various tech products and accessories, effectively communicating their features and benefits.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations to convert interest into successful sales and meet individual and team targets.
• Assist buyers with basic setup of purchased devices and offer simple troubleshooting guidance to enhance user experience.
• Maintain clean, well-organized, and attractive product displays while ensuring demo items are functional and up to date.
• Participate in stock management tasks such as inventory checks and reporting low or fast-moving stock to supervisors.
• Keep accurate records of daily sales activities and customer interactions, and share regular feedback and performance updates with the supervisor.
Requirements:
• At least a Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a tech retail or gadget sales environment.
• Strong understanding of digital devices and ability to learn new products quickly.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and reliability.
